The pandemic brought Rémi back to Fort-Coulonge. As a music, coffee, wine, and craft beer enthusiast, he took a gamble and opened a cultural restaurant and bar when everything was closing all over the world! From the start, he got the community engaged with his entrepreneurial spirit. People felt called on and wanted to become involved. Café Downtown met the need of residents to have a gathering space.
