Elie James is a Cameroonian born L’Île-du-Grand-Calumet resident. Since he purchased a farm in the region, he has had an overwhelming desire to put this island, which he loves so much, on the map. With his hundreds of ideas and initiatives, he wants to make a real difference in his municipality.
